unable to connect phone to desktop manager
my new phone has IT policy installed and i've never synced it with a DM. i'm trying to reset to factory defaults, but each time i try to connect my phone to DM it says:
"BlackBerry Desktop Manager failed to connect to your BlackBerry device." i've tried reconnecting the device a million times, but still get the same error msg. anyone have any clue what's wrong? |

After I restarted the computer, to me it was ok
