Random Emails Won't Delete From Device

I have multiple email accounts on my blackberry. Randomly some of the emails will not delete from my handheld and it does not matter which account. The only way to get them off is to do the battery pull. I am running the most up to date Blackberry 6.0 Bundle 1609.
