New BES server wireless reconcile problems.
 

I'm hoping for some help from some of you very smart BES admins.
We just migrated from Notes to Exchange on Friday.
All 90 users on new BES server
New 5.0.1 Exch MR1 BES. Previously BES 4.x Domino. wireless reconcile stops. only syncs one way. messages marked read on device updates mailbox. from Outlook it never reconciles device.
meeting requests cannot be excepted from device. Device gets red X when attempting to resend red x again.

fix has been to reboot the BES but we need a permanent fix for the problem.
All BES services are running on the same machine.

I have opened a ticket with RIM, but I'm hoping that someone can provide insight into what the problem might be.

Windows 2008 StdSP2x64 on VMware ESX 4.x. CDO 1.2.1 - 1CPU with 2GB RAM allocated.
MB server:2007 SP2 rollup 1 CCR. 2 HUB/CAS in a NLB.
