my emails keep getting deleted
 

Hi, my emails keep getting deleted after a couple of hours its so frustrating as i need them for work. I have re booted several times but nothing is working.
i have searched on google about this and they keep saying to free up memory, i have followed the links to do so (options>advanced options>applications) but once i go to advanced options it doesnt have applications there? i havent had the phone v long so dont know how the memory is full? at the mo it says 123985723 bytes. i only have 5 photos saved and hardley any texts? help!!

Which CURVE do you have? Please update your profile with the model number not the name. If you do have an 8300, its memory is limited. Move the photos, music, ringtones to the SD card and delete any apps which you don't use.

Are you on BIS or BES for email?
