9310 - Hard Reboot drops data config.
 

Vendor suggests: Never reboot/remove battery.

If one does this, no 3G data services are available except Wi-Fi, voice, and text.

I had BB World updated and asked to reset, I chose no.

I want the ability to use spare batteries. Is there a way to bypass this reboot option?

So I want to clarify:

If I do a hard reset, I lose the service books for my data plan.

In order to get the service books again, I must call the carrier.

Is there a way to do this on my own end?
