Payment option in BBworld via Debit Card
 

To purchase any kind of software from BBworld, the payment option are PayPal and Credit Card. I do have Debit Visa card. Is it possible to pay via debit card. PayPal doesn't exist in our country.

All you can do is try. But there may be factors beyond your control that will prevent it working for you.

Can you select carrier billing?

Unless your Visa account is restricted to debit by your bank or card provider, generally Visa debit can be used as a credit card. looking at the offering from Standard Charter in Pakistan it is connected to your bank account and if you select "credit" it will debit from the account. this is only one bank but you may check with yours and see if they have restrictions other don't seem to have.
