Blackberry's own BES support forums are now closed?
 

Anyone else notice that Blackberry's own BES support forums are now closed and all posts have been removed? That will endear them to the BES user community.

My guess is traffic in this subforum is going to pick up...

I will probably use this forum more often again now as the official one has closed down.

I have heard from the Blackberry community manager that this was ordered by his boss. No explanation given.

although their support forum for handhelds is still working the information search is minimal and usually not detailed. Looks like just another misguided management decision.

Yeah, unless I have an actual link to a solved thread, I don't send anyone there. It's frustrating.
