Some links to Over-The-Air download links are at:
Midlets: You can use Nokia/Motorola Java apps on Blackberry!

Essentially, these two midlet sites:
http://j2me-software.com/
http://www.midlet.org/index2.jsp

These don't list BlackBerry but many of these apps actually work. There should be more and more Blackberry over-the-air download pages as time passes; especially with 4.0 infrastructure deployment in the coming months;

You can also download games OTA from:

http://bb.magmic.com/

that'll work for the html BlackBerry browser and some WAP browsers (eg Rogers, Cingfular and T-Zones). Others vary depending on WAP gateway configuration because they limit the size of a download.

How about this brand new open source tetris game?

I get an error trying to OTA this file, I think it's not compatible with the blackberry yet..

If you are on a BES with MDS, you can open jar or jad files as the MDS server automatically converts the file to a cod file sutable for the BlackBerry

Rogers has OTA support with their recent upgrades to the back end.. no BES required. It should be identical to BES OTA support..
