themes from blackberry app world..
 

Alright i just recently downloaded a theme from blackberry app world for my 8330 and i was wondering how do i get it to activate, i can only see it by going to the options menu and then by clicking on the applications tab and there it is, but when i go down to the themes tab i just see the factory ones that came on the phone originally.

any help is appreciated

Try a battery pull and see if that makes your new theme appear in the list of installed themes.

Hmm didnt work, its in the list of installed themes on the blackberry app world, but outside of the app world i just see it when i go to the options menu then click on the applications then i click on it with the track ball and it shows tabs for "delete" and "edit permissions" and i click on edit permissions and then i set all the options to allow, cuz i thought thats what is suppose to do. Im not sure. i dont see it in the themes tab at all.

Did it state before downloading that it was for the 8330, because sometimes you can download a theme and find it isn't actually 100% compatible.

No actually it didnt, i figured it wasnt compatible so i ended up deleting it so i just downloaded a theme from coolblackberrythemes.com and it worked perfect.

Menu, themes, and click on the one you downloaded to activate it. Also check out your download folder to see if its there and the permissions are set. Hope that helps out.
