no name, just numbers
 

When I receive sms texts and phone calls on my blackberry 8230, only numbers show up, not the names, even though I have the contacts listed in my phone. What do I do?

I checked the content protection and encryption modes as well - they are set as they need to be

If content protection includes contacts, thats what will happen.
