Is it possible?
 

I have curve 8900, some days ago I was able to surf the net on bb with ordinary subscription of GPRS plan and i was using the default browser 'web-n-walk' but suddenly it started giving error "unable to connect to internet. please try again later"

After surfing on this topic I came to know that without BIS I can not browse the internet, but it was possible some days ago and now not able to connect to internet. I am confused if it is possible or not?
Can any one help me?

In general, Blackberrys come with default service books that would allow browsing; but once the service books are refreshed [through a battery pull for example] these service books disappear when its made clear that there isn't a BIS plan attached to the SIM card in the device.
