what could be the problem with my bbz10.it isn't responding to the power button,cherger or computer.this started after l bought a new battry which killed the phone within one hour in the phone.HELP ME PLEASE:cry:

A couple of things can cause this. One is the battery. You purchased a new battery but was it a knock off and not a Blackberry OEM battery? The cheap type can do this. the next is a defective charger. Try a new one or a direct connection to a PC usb port. Another is the power port. If your too rough with the plug you can damage the connector or cable. The last is a defective phone. did you drop it? get it wet? if so you may need a new phone.
