Help me please!
 

Ok so I got a blackberry 9650 and I've had it for about 3 months now.. I recently started noticing that it started turning off when I use certain apps i.e ( app world, music) whenever I use these apps for a while it just turns off and then the red light goes on. I try to reset it alt delete shift but it shows the hourglass and then turns off showing the red light. The only way to get it to wok again is hooking it up to its charger. Please help me.

Did you buy it new or used?

Have you dropped it or gotten it wet? Have you done a battery pull - with the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, put it back in and let the device reboot.

It could also be a bad battery. Have you let it run down past 20% more than a few times?

I bought it new and no I haven't dropped it in water or anything like that..

It didn't work :/ .. It now shuts off when Im using most apps, I wish there was a solution.

I just bought a new battery online. Do you think that that maybe the problem?

Make sure the battery is made for your device and is an OEM version, not an eBay knock off.

Yeah i just bought a NEW OEM Blackberry D-X1 Battery but do you think that it's the solution ?
