Problem Installing BB Desktop Software
 

Hello Friends!

I have downloaded BB Desktop Software from the BB website.
When I run the setup, it gives an error "BB Desktop Software requires following items to be installed....."
and shows Microsoft .net framework 3.5 SP1 (Web Download) in the item list.
When I click on Download Button, it gives me error
"An error occurred while downloading file http://saturn.installshield.com/devs...3.5/Helper.exe"

I have Microsoft .net Framework 4.0 installed in my PC.
I have manually downloaded this Helper file, but it does not run, or I must say, "it splashes and disappears".

I need advice.

can you uninstall the Framework and install directly from Microsoft site and then download/install the BB DS.
