My first BBClassic had a cryptic text with an emoticon text message before activation. Tmobile claimed it was a new phone!
How can the phone have a text 1) if it was new 2) before being on network.

II.
My second BBClassic now makes pop noise each time I click on a link to a webpage.

III
I have to watch the phone settings all the time because WIFE comes on without me turning it on.

I appreciate any and all feedback.

your thought on it not being new sounds about right. You need to discuss the issue with a supervisor not the call center person or go to a corporate store and talk to someone. (not a vendor store)
