I have it software is a bit glitchy, there is an update available though. Having trouble getting widget apps icon off my taskbar and continual harassment by google. If I don't agree to use the software then I can't access my pictures.... Mostly I'm fighting the phone to get all the features off so that any accidental swipe or brush against the phone I'm not launching some app.

Amazon and BB should have at the same time.

I remember when the k1 came out BB was able to ship one to me while amazon was on crazy backorder.
