Unlocking T-Mobile Bold

I got a T-Mobile Bold 9700

I got it unlocked

I put my ATT Sim Card in and it only goes to EDGE - Uppercase - It will not go to 3G.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

T-mobile and AT&T have different frequencies for 3G.
A AT&T 9700 won't work on t-mobile 3G, and a t-mobile 9700 wont work on AT&T 3G.
Theres nothing you can do.
