help required in sms and call tone

Hi,

i am facing problem in my new BB bold 9000. whenever i get any sms or any call it is not ringing. please help me on this

Review your profile settings, you probably a in a profile where the ringer is set to silent for those options.

OR of course you could be in a silent profile.
