tether has no idea what there doing for 2 weeks now they've been saying its either the phone or the connection.... Guess what its your software ... been playing ping pong with tech support for 2 weeks . there're ??'s are lame and inconclusive... I did mine own connection with usb and by the way att say you need to have the bb desktop turn on , which is bs you don't need it to be on
I figured out the setup it took 30 min. its in my previous post

My beef is with tether for 2 weeks back and forth to no avail. The least they could do is say if there having issues with either bb 7.0 or Apple OS lion instead of playing ping pong

Now for att I called them and the first thing out of her mouth was , we offer limited support because were just a bunch of dumb douchebags . The first was to open BDM why ? Who knows and BTW she said you will no be able to connect via bluetooth . I got the settings from her with 2 possibilites for APN and CID . Thank You and hung up .... So I guess @ the end of the Day both tether and att are major douchebags

poolbiz - u r right tetherberry seems to have gone down, yes it sucks and shows we need a freeware/opensource solution but yelling will deter those who may help us. u mention 'I figured out the setup it took 30 min. its in my previous post' on blogthisphone . com/mobile-phones/66332 - r u referring to figuring out a way to tether bb w/out tetherthieves ?? Taking the time to post was good - maybe an entrepreneurial programmer will piece something together and share if they know there is interest, need, and a way to get their name noticed as suuuuuppper smart!!
