BB Replacement and Deductibles?

Hi, I'm a Curve 8320 user, and my bb is constantly freezing. I ordered a replacement, which will be a Curve 8520, from T-Mobile.
If I don't have any damages, would I still have to pay a $90 deductible for the replacement that I am getting?

You need to talk to your carrier about paying the deductible.
