Anyone here running on Blackberry 10.3.1 experiencing blue led errors? Can you share your tips or tutorial on how to solve this problem?

Your question did not give much details so the thought it is the Blue Led used for Bluetooth operation.

The original Blue Led ( Bluetooth on ) problem was due to the developer version of the 10.3.1 code having a few bugs. the standard reload (or error) led color is red and displays for a few seconds then goes out and the OS loads. Based on different sources the released official code should not have this problem. the Blue led should light during Bluetooth connections. the bugs may have interfered somehow. Try to update the OS or reload it using LINK from the Blackberry.com site. If this does not work it is possible the problem is hardware related.
