BES express running on exchange cluster

Recently we moved from Exchange 2007 Cluster environment to exchange 2010 cluster environment.

If Mailbox database is on a 1st exchange server then BES works fine but when we failover exchange to secondary or the third exchange server then bes stops working. i applied the permission across the board, any suggestions why this is happening?
