AT&T is worst US network, according to Consumer Reports
Any shocker here for anyone? I have always hated dealing with AT&T, and this is coming from a corporate account level interaction.

Actually, T-mobile is the worst where I live, followed by Sprint, then ATT with Verizon being the best.
It all depends on where you use the network. All these surveys do is make people frustrated when they switch to the "best network" only to find the worst was actually better for them. |

For AT&T only (as far as I know), if you're having signal problems, you can try this post: http://www.blackberryforums.com/hard...eyre-free.html

How does that microcell work in my car? While driving, I have far more dropped calls with AT&T than with T-Mobile.
I am not the slightest bit surprised by this. I can sit at home, and have dropped calls on an iPhone WITHOUT MOVING THE PHONE. At least with T-Mobile I have UMA. |
Re: AT&T is worst US network, according to Consumer Reports
I get a lot of dropped calls with AT&T as well, but not as much now as I did previously.
Plus my house is n a "white hole" as AT&T calls it so my use at home is somewhat limited. But out in the wild, I have better luck with them than I do others and I also carry a Verizon phone to use when AT&T doesn't work. |

Micro cell isnt available if it is a corp owned phone... so Im still SOL.
