Blackberry Manager installation error

I'm trying to install Blackberry Manager (BES for Exchange 4.0) on a remote computer, but cannot get past this error messages. Happens on every PC I try to install it on. Any suggestions?

Error 1606.Could not access network location logs\.

does the remote computer's login have permissions set on the database?

Also, make sure you've set up the SQL datasource and it has verified working.

If you're using MSDE 2000, make sure you allow TCP/IP external connections.
