Nedia Sync problems
Sorry, heading should read "Media Sync problems"
I have 2 BB 9000's. One had gone faulty so I bought another one on ebay. I have a problem with the newly bought BB in that it is not being recognised by Desktop Software. As for the original BB, I have successfully synced this for the contacts which are now thankfully saved on Outlook Express. However, when I try to sync calendar, tasks and memos, Outlook Express is not offered as an option, only Outlook for which I don't have a profile nor is it installed on my PC. I had hoped to transfer this info from the old BB to the newer one. System being used is Windows XP |

If it's not recognised, the new device may be faulty too.
