9650 wont boot after installing new os. red led keeps blinking
 

hi, ive read everything from wiping the phone using BBSAK, JL CMDER, to typing loader.exe /nojvm on the command prompt but my phone wont boot up as in im seeing a black screen. Ive read also that usually if a blackberry has been nuked it will boot with a white screen that keeps looping but mine isnt, just the red led. when i clicked the loader it showing me the phones pin but after i click next it stucked to connecting to arm and then it gives me this error:
A connection to the device could not be established. Please ensure that the device is properly connected to the cradle or USB cable, and that the cradle or USB cable is connected securely to your computer. Also ensure that the device has completed any startup operations. Then run the Application Loader Wizard again.

What shall i do? Pls help.
