How to Download Device software updates?
 

I have a new blackberry pearl and don't know how to download any new software updates for it. I am with cingular. No Media net. I do have the desk manager for the blackberry installed on my computer. But how do you get any new updates into the desk manager. Also, how do you tell what version you are currently running?

Thanks so much. Ok another question. I have version 4.2.1.96 on the AT&T site they have version 4.2.1.154. Is this a newer version then what I have? Also, what is the advantage of installing the newer versions?:smile:
