Deleted service book by mistake/accident

Whilst trying to figure out what the Desktop ALP service book did I deleted it but for some reason couldn't undelete it. The BB is a company Vodafone 7100v on BES.
Any help would be really appreciated.

If you have Desktop Manager set up on the same machine as the email client that your BlackBerry receives email from and a network connection to both your email server and your BES (your company's network - even over a VPN connection), just plug in the BlackBerry. It will "see" the BES over the Network Connection, and the BES will see that the service book is missing and send it down.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact your BES Admin and ask them to resend the service book(s).

NOTE: I've read elsewhere of network setups that isolate the BES from the rest of the network and therefore can't be "seen" by Desktop Manager. You can tell if you've got a connection to the BES by double clicking the BlackBerry Device Manager icon in the System Tray, and going to the Statistics tab. If you're connected to the BES, you'll see the connection information there.

All the [Desktop] service books relate to BES service.

I have a connection to my mail and can send/recieve OK but cannot connect with rediredctor, in fact I can't login when desktop manager starts up so therefore the redirector icon is greyed out. In BB devise manager the statistics say that the BB is connected with its PIN but nothing else.
