Can't purchase bbm stickers or subscriptions
 

Every time I try to purchase a new sticker pack or subscription I get an error message about having a BlackBerry World test account. I reached out to Blackberryhelp on twitter, who suggested I email BlackBerry betazone ( why I don't know). I emailed them several times to no response. I don't know what else to do. I really want to enjoy the features of bbm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried to send an attachment of the error message but I get upload failed.

You do not state how your trying to "download" the stickers. you need to go to Appworld to do any downloading. It will require you to have an account . A test account is not valid.
also you need a Blackberry ID.
