some email is blank when forwarded...

i have a colleague who foward email to another colleague. she is able to see the body of the email in her outlook..but in her 8700c blackberry it is blank. i have her resend it to my blackberry 7130c..same result.

could it be that the forwarded email is html format? cuz i heard awhile back blackberry can't read html email which sounds ridiculous.

this doesnt happen on all the forwarded email...just some. and we are using cingular w/ bis.

so any1 here know what is going on and how to resolve it? thx in advance.

This is probably the case.
BlackBerry devices do not support HTML email.
You call it ridiculous... others call it security. To each their own.

No known virus, because RIM is very conscious of keeping it that way.

You can tell RIM what you wish...yourself: [email address]

Ya know... you being from NYC... I'm hoping you're only being snippity with me because I have a Red Sox logo on my profile. I can understand that.
I wasn't rude, or condescending to you in any way with my reply.

I don't work for RIM. I don't have a hotline to their development team. I don't program the OS myself. I don't make any decisions. I'm an end user.

If you have a suggestion for them... tell them yourself. I don't work for you.
