i have a blackberry 9000 but it don't turn on, only restart. the computer don't read my phone. please help me

I followed the instructions but after recognizes my phone, requires a Password

Try wiping it, then reloading the OS. Use JL_CMDER or BBSAK to wipe. If you are able to do it, you will end up with 507 error. Then install the OS.

"Wiping" removes the device software (that is, the OS and everything, even password). You will be left with a white screen showing the 507 error (which means no device software).

Search for JL_CMDER or BBSAK or both. Install one of these on a computer. Connect the BlackBerry with USB. Wipe the BlackBerry. (You need a PC to run JL_CMDER. I don't know if there is a version of BBSAK for Mac or not. You'll figure it out.)

After you wipe the device, install the device software using your preferred method. The most simple method would be to use the desktop software to install it automatically.

Where can I find these.With what program can do these things (Wiping), a can perform (apploader) or is another program that you can download.
