9530 - - unable to connect - Wait for device initialization
 

I have a bb 9530 which came to be with a blinking red light and was unable to boot to completion. i tried to load, but it fails at wait at device initialization and gives a 507 error. I used JLCMR to wipe for good measure.

When I try to load, it keeps with the blinking red light and keeps making and breaking the connection to the computer after a couple of seconds. When trying to load without battery and then put back battery after erasing, it goes to wait for device initialization and then it fails. see below. Please advise
