BBM got hacked, help!!
 

My wife's BBM account got hacked. The hacker has used her acc to conned some of our friends. How do I stop it? Somehow she cant log out from the acc and even she deleted the app (iphone) the hacker still in control.

Even it is not hacked, the account is already compromised. how to shut it down? thanks.

If I understand your problem correctly, I would suggest you change your blackberry ID password. Then make sure your BBM is fully operational on your device. It should be as simple as that. let me know if this works for you.

or uninstall the BBM and reinstall it and it will bring that back to 'this' device and will shut down on other devices.

Also make sure your wife did not share her password or is using the same password for other things.
