Error downloading Bloomberg Agent to handheld..

Wondering if anyone has dealt with Bloomberg for Blackberry... I got the following error: "The protocol specified is not supported by the handheld. Please try a different URL.."

Any help would be much appreciated!

Confirm that the url that the Bloomberg handheld application is pointing to (from the blackberry directly) can be resolved from the BES. Typically you need to create a dns pointer or host file entry for 'bloombergmds' referencing the ip address of your BES running the gateway service.
