dtek50 screen

Hi all

I have a dtek50 and the screen will not wake up it remains black at all times the phone is charged but cannot see anything can anyone help

Unless you got it wet or dropped it, it may be a defective battery. How do you know it's charged? l would check the charger with another one but make sure it is proper for the cellphone.
