I need to do a os restall, how do a transfer my phone numbers to my sim card on a bb 8900,thanks

You can't easily transfer them to your SIM card, and it's not wise anyway.

Do a backup of your Address Book or full device backup using the BlackBerry Desktop Software on your PC.
