Maps on unlocked blackberry 9630
 

I have done some searching and don't quite see how to get the maps working on this blackberry 9630 that came off verizon, and is unlocked to use on ATT.

When I go to the maps function its a blank screen with a location pointer on it. It just looks like the map data is completely missing.

Any ideas?????

Do you have the BIS on AT&T? If not, that is the reason. The maps only come with a BIS data plan. Unlocked phones will give you voice and data but BIS is a separate issue.
