Read / Unread Messages
 

Folks,

I have an issue with 4 users on a BES 4.1 server, based on an Exchange Server 2003 infrastructure and using the MS Outlook desktop 2003 client.

The users will read emails in the morning, either on their Blackberry devices or Outlook client on their PC's and email reconcilation has been set correctly on all devices (Mailbox and Handheld). Emails are placed into a read state once the emails are opened, but by the afternoon, the emails which where read in the morning, have then been placed into an unread state again both Outlook & Blackberry devices.

The users affected by this issue are based on different Exchange Servers, and have different Blackberry devices (mixture of 8700, 8707 & 8800).

Does anyone have any ideas to what could be causing this issue??
