Changed Email Password and Blackberry won't Accept it
 
Hello,
I had to change internet providers and their web based email program wouldn't accept my old email password. So I had to update the password on their web based email as well as in my outlook. Those two programs are working fine, but when I try to change my email address with the Blackberry site online I get this error: An error occurred during email account validation.
Please check your information and try again

I've called Verizon Wireless three times and nobody can figure this out. My phone is less than a week old and I can't get all my email on it. I'm still getting email from two other accounts, but the one that's changed is not working. Can anyone help. This is entirely frustrating. My husband can no longer receive email on his Tour either. Thanks so much.

Did you try deleting the email account at the BIS and then re-adding it with the new password?

Yes I did that. Ugh. This is a mess.
