Speed dial not working
 

I added a cople of numbers to the speed dial list but only one of them works. The #1 key is supposed to dial my voice mail, but not even that works!!

In some cases the pre-programmed speed dial entries cannot not be changed, but that isn't what you are talking about, is it?

You may need to define "not work". Do you mean absolutely nothing happens when you press and hold a speed dial key?

You should try a hard reset, if you haven't already. With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Then test.

when I press the speed dial key, nothing happens. I tried the hard reset, no difference
