Media Player detects all music outside of music folder
As the title suggests, I was wondering if there was a way that the Blackberry Media Player can be set to show only music in the 'music' folder when opening up the artists, albums, etc. I have a lot of music, podcasts and audiobooks (all in their respective folders on the MicroSD card) and only want my music to be visible in the media center and the rest I can access via 'explore' - mostly because it really clutters up the album views with individual podcasts when I only go to the albums to listen to music that is in the music folder.
Does this make sense? Anyone know if this is possible? |

There used to be a setting somewhere in the media player that would allow you to exclude certain folders from being indexed.
I'm looking at an OS 6 device, and I can't find it. Maybe this feature got removed at some point? |

aha! Genius - I missed that before. For OS 5, if you go to Media || Options , at the FAR bottom is an 'exclude folders' button. Thanks!!
