4.1 Security Options
 

It looks to me as if there are a bunch of new security options under OS 4.1 that were not present in previous versions of the handheld software.

Settings>Options>Security Options

Was the entry for "Application Permissions" available previously or is that totally new?

Also, are all of these security options visible and editable if you are on a BES?
