Voice Mail notification no longer active

My z10 was updated to 10.3.2.2474 a week or two ago. Since that update whenever I receive a voice mail I get the notification in Hub, as I always did, but that notification does nothing when I touch it. In the past touching that notification opened my phone to the voice mail section and called my voice mail. Now it does nothing.

I have to manually browse to the phone app and check my voice mail to get rid of the notification.

Is this a bug or a setting change?

Everything else seems to work as expected.

Re: Voice Mail notification no longer active

I have 10.3.2 5158 and when a VM is left It shows in the HUB. taping the listing calls the number. I don't see any way to directly dial the VM number except by going to the dial pad. So if it was a listing prior I believe they changed the display. My VM does not call with a number . It sends an email notification and that also does not show.
If I find any way to change any of the options I will post it back.

I guess I was not clear with my explanation. My problem simply is that since the update I see the VM notification in the HUB (as I did before) but taping the listing in the Hub now does nothing at all, where as before the update taping the listing called the number.

Ok I see the same and must go to the dial pad to go to VM. Weird, another great update without any user input.
