App World Web Plugin Error
 

Hello. Can anyone please help me with regards to a problem I have been getting when I log in back to the application world to download some apps. Eversince I downloaded the updated version of the Blackberry App Word, it no longer allow me to download anything. There is always an error message showing as follows:

App World Web Plugin Error
An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again.

I have restarted my phone & have logged in again to the App world but it is showing that my phone is not connected to my pc but in fact it already is.

Can please anyone help? I really would like to download some more apps.

If your not on a corporate BB and have been restricted then downloading the app again may help. Also DM should connect to the BB reguardless of the Appworld function. Are you on a direct USB port. Check the DM connection options.

Maybe a detail of exactly what your doing step by step. include PC info, DM info steps.

Where do I exactly find the DM from the phone? I have deleted the App World & was asked to install the newer version but still, the same problem.
