"Send" missing from messages
 

When I get an email notification in the messages icon, I can choose reply but when I go to send it, I every option except "send".

However, when I go to the individual icon for the email inbox, I can send replies.

Did I mess up a setting? This is my first blackberry.

1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.

2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.

3. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot
