Can't use Maps on my 9700

I can't use maps on 9700
Ex: When I choose "My location", it return a blank page and the message:"Your current location is unknown".
It seems not to load the maps.
Plz help me: how do I change the setting to use it?

What country are you in? Is BlackBerry data supported in your country and on your carrier?
