supplementary service error:general error
 
Hey guys nd gals I've got a huge problem I bought a secnd hand bb curve 8520 it was workin f9 for a few days then suddenly whn I wanted 2 mke a call it said call failed,I can't check airtym load airtym or even snd sms please any help would be greatly apreciated

Please do not write in text speak as your post is much too difficult to read and understand. We have many non native English speaking members so it is most difficult for them to read as well.

What did you do to the device just before this happened? Have you tried a battery pull?

Please translate into a more readable format. And also update your profile to indicate your cell carrier. We need that info as well to help. I know it isn't "bis".

Take the battery out, re-seat the SIM card, put the battery back.

Who is your mobile provider(carrier)? Have you called them for assistance?

Thanks for your reply I have done the battery pull my carrier is cellc but I haven't contacted them yet

Sorry will not speak in text from now on.my carrier is cellc and before this happened I installed a few apps could that be what caused the problem already tried battery pull and how do I update my profile

Hey guys I solved the problem I just inserted my sim in another phone checked the airtime and put it back into my phone and everything was back to normal tanx hope others find this usefull
