20mb is a very large file to try download to a BB. What sort of file is it and how are you trying to download it?

Ur solution I have alreadychecked. I am bis user and tried to format Phone and reinstalled service book but nothin is helpin! I am able to find out that I was downloading all videos earlier to my media card and saving it there now my internal memory of curve 8520 fr which 32 is used which I think is prompting error 413. Any suggestions how save all videos back to media card?

KB17318-"HTTP error 413 request entity too large" appears when the BlackBerry Browser is used to browse to a web page

I don't what the limit is with the BlackBerry browser now. But there is a limit. There appears to be no limit beyond storage space when using the wifi (aka hotspot) browser on wifi, however.

If using the BlackBerry browser to download the file, whether on the mobile network or on wifi, that is probably the issue.
