Re: Remove IT Policy
tryed and tryed but no chance
i did not find the registry policymanager i tryed the crackit crackutil and still no chance i think i will change to another phone. |
Re: Remove IT Policy
the reference is to a registry change.
If the BB does not seem to be without the IT Policy it may be that it is still connected to the BES server. Are you still using the BB for work? If your still connected, it will download the policy again. |
Re: Remove IT Policy
The easiest way is to use latest version of desktop manager to remove it policy and to reverse device to factory default....

Re: Remove IT Policy
Ok , last try. Assuming you're not on a BES server, I would do a wipe then using JL-cmdr reload the OS following the FAQ. I tried it with an old 8310 ( disconnected from BES) and it does work as long as the BB is NOT still on the BES server.
