cannot switch on BB plz help

my BB showing an error while trying to switch on,
the error message is, Uncaught exception: Index 3>=3
App error 523

Using the "Search" button found at the top of every page I found this..

You are going to have to reload the OS and applications.

And waiting 3 minutes between posts is not very friendly.
